Phyllis Heil of Hickory, North Carolina, was named the International Whistling Entertainer of the Year in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2009 and has won the Grand Championship 3rd place in both 2004 and 2005.

Phyllis takes in the air she breathes, and, with God's help, creates beautiful music. In addition to gospel, her repertoire includes patriotic, big band, classical, love songs, "oldies", children's songs, seasonal music and much more. Her frequent performances hold her audience's rapt attention and there have been many standing ovations.

Phyllis is available to perform for church services and events conferences, banquets, group and club meetings, holiday gatherings, as well as private celebrations.
